How We Work

Each client is unique. Even though companies can have similar challenges, the solutions are often very unique and tailored to the organization’s strengths and weaknesses, business culture etc. Maintaining a flexible approach is vital to helping clients achieve success.

It all starts with an initial consultation, which is free of charge.

Here we discuss the client’s current business challenges. Sometimes the problems are so simple that they can be resolved by the end of the consultation. In cases with more difficult challenges, a more thorough assessment could be needed.

This initial consultation usually lasts about 1 hour.

When a company has a serious challenge, a detailed assessment may be required to gather information and determine how or even if the company could overcome its challenges. The Assessment is done at the client’s premises and a written report is presented with our analysis and recommendations at the end of the period. Sometimes, our analysis and recommendations alone are enough for the client to meet their challenges. In other cases, we would need to get more involved.

A typical Assessment usually takes 1-2 weeks.

Corporate Turnarounds, Crisis Management, Renovations & Makeovers. These are hands on, on premises services tailored to the client’s specific needs. All the particulars of what, when, where and how are agreed in advance, e.g. interim CEO, CRO, Consultant, etc.

There are no typical time periods for these services as they are set on a cases-by-case basis and can last from as little as 3 months to as long as 3 years.
